    Work with community partners to successfully complete grant funded projects and reporting.

    This position requires someone who can develop strong relationships while overseeing post-award grant management, including compliance, reporting requirements, and timelines. This is a critical position that works with the MDD team to ensure grant completion while developing member relationships to identify and support grant application opportunities.
