  • REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: SAFETY ACTION PLAN DEVELOPMENT

    MDD was awarded a 2024 Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) DOT grant, one purpose of which was to develop a regional Safety Action Plan (SAP).

    MDD invites qualified individuals and firms to submit proposals to develop a comprehensive regional Safety Action Plan that incorporates data analysis, stakeholder input, and best practices to design actionable strategies for reducing roadway fatalities and serious injuries across the region.

    Questions Due:
    October 5, 2026 by 5pm CT

    Proposals Due:
    November 6, 2026 by 5pm CT

    Anticipated Contract Term:
    November 16, 2026 - March 30, 2028
