Board of Directors

The MDD Board of Directors consists of 38 locally elected leaders from the 6 member counties and 32 cities in the region. The member counties are Fayette, Lauderdale, Shelby and Tipton in Tennessee; Crittenden in Arkansas and DeSoto in Mississippi. The Board meets once a year at the Annual Meeting to approve the upcoming year’s budget and elect an Executive Committee to manage MDD for the coming year.
